Arbor Day

We just hung out. Went to the doctor for mommy's foot. Did some grocery shopping. I have good plans for next years Arbor Day, I hope you are big enough to like them.

Greyson 36 weeks 4/28/16

Well this week you have decided to start standing on your own. Not for super long periods, but it is at least 5 or 6 seconds. You also will just let go of stuff to see what will happen. You are just as thoughtful as ever always analyzing everything. You had your last swim lesson this week. You actually dunked your lips to blow bubbles, I was so very proud. You still continue to be very demanding and are in love with your mommy. When we were in Burley, you accidentally grabbed a hot piece of pizza and got to big blisters on your fingers. Oh it was so sad. You healed up super nice though. We also discovered you love pizza crust. You are now is size 5 diapers and you weigh 20 pounds.

Greyson 35 weeks 4/21/16

Swim lessons were fun this week. You are trying to blow bubbles so you are dunking your lips. I decided to dunk you this week and you couldn't decided if you liked it. I introduced you to music videos and you are hooked. We have been watching them for at least an hour for the past few days. You have discovered cabinets and doors and how they work. You love opening and slamming (yes slamming) them. I am just waiting for you to get your fingers, it really puts me on edge. You have closed yourself in my bedroom twice now. The door doesn't stay open. I just all the sudden hear you crying and beating on the door. Daddy left this week, you are starting to notice and it is making you pretty fussy. Since daddy left and I would have a unprotected side of the bed I decided you need to sleep in your own crib. you are doing really well. Naps are much easier now that they happen in the crib. You sleep about 1/2 the night in the crib and 1/2 in my arms. I am hoping it will soon be all night. I do miss you a bunch when you are in your crib though. This weekend we are going to see G&G P. They visited us on Friday after Grandpa went to see his mom. She got a broken rib so they took her to the hospital. Then they came and hung with us for a while.     Love you little one!

8 Months 4/20/16

You have found your voice. You sit and yell at everything. You hold little conversations with us, it is adorable. When people are talking all of a sudden you are yelling like you are part of the conversation. It is adorable and a little annoying at times. You are growing so big. You are almost out of your 6-9 and ready for 9-12! There are a few outfits I didn't even get to use! You love to crawl on doors, then you get stuck and I have to come rescue you. Silly little baby. Every day is a new adventure to you. You love finding new things, and putting them in your mouth. You are good at hiding things in there. You usually get caught when you start drooling profusely, or refusing your binky. I love seeing how fascinated you are by the world around you. Stop growing so fast though, it is breaking mama's heart.

Ramp Riot

greyson 34 weeks 4/14/16

You had your second swim lesson this week, and you LOVE the water. You splashed pretty much the whole time. Biff and Brae came to play, on Wednesday (hum sounds like a rhyme.) You decided it would be a fun idea to stay up until 1 AM. You are a little stinker!  We went to Ramp Riot this weekend with the Hutchisons and Grandpa and Grandma Blauer. We had ear protection for you. About half way through you were getting so bored. I took of the ear protection, and you were so engaged and happy to be there. Then Grandma held you and a woman behind you started to cheer like a maniac, so then you wanted Brae. When the lady cheered again only mommy would do. We had a really fun time.

Greyson 33 weeks 4/7/16

This week you have had so many changes. You officially know how to crawl upstairs. (you did it under my nose you sneaky little baby.)  You absolutely love growling at me, it is quite possibly the cutest thing ever. You are such a fast crawler. You love pulling yourself up onto everything; legs, dining room chairs, toys, tubs, toilets, beds, dressers, everything!  You also can stand unsupported for a few seconds at  time. Now when dad goes tot work you crawl to the stairs, pull yourself up on the gate, and shake and scream, you must like him or something. You received your second flu shot on Tuesday we went in there and you were in such a good mood I was afraid you would freak out and be pissy. Nope! The shot you, you cried, I picked you up and you tried to get away to get back to the paper on the table. You hit it and growled a it and were really upset when we made you leave. Looks like we need to get our own Dr. table. You also love nom noms. You mash them with your jaw, and get excited every time you see them. You are very good at making a mess with them.

You loved your swim lessons. You wanted your face in the water, but then when it would go in the water you were very startled by it. You sat on the edge and feel into me. You had a smile on your face the whole time. You are definitely a water bug!
